Difficult day on the Stock Exchange for the stock of Buzzi Unicem, which at the end of the morning lost 2,8%, to 17,17 euros per share, after leaving more than 3 percent on the field. This is the worst fall of the Ftse Mib. In any case, yesterday the stock had reached a maximum of 17,79 euros, a level they had not seen since June 2008.

Limited sales at Piazza Affari su Cementir, which drops 0,34% to 5,85 euros. The other two companies involved are Cement Industry Giovanni Rossetti e Holcim Italy

The Antitrust refers to the fact that all the companies announced an increase in cement prices of 9 euros per ton in the first days of June. The four companies will meet the Authority within 60 days. 

Buzzi Unicem and Holcim have declared that they can demonstrate that there has been no behavior that does not comply with the law. A similar investigation had been conducted at the European level and had also involved Italcementi but it was closed last July due to lack of evidence.
