The sell-off comes on the heels of a 10 million-share placement by Bank of America Merrill Lynch (equal to 2,3% of the capital), on behalf of an institutional client. 

As reported by Bloomberg, the placement would have taken place at 30,65 euros per share (the stock yesterday closed at 31,56 and is now trading at 30,54 euros), in the lower part of the range between 30,65 and 31,56, XNUMX euros. 

The judgment of also contributes to penalizing the title JP Morgan, which confirmed the "neutral" rating on the stock, but cut the target price from 41,6 to 38,9 euro.
