Anima Holding SpA, the holding company that controls Anima Sgr, the leading independent operator in the asset management sector in Italy, announces that it has submitted an application for admission to listing on the stock market to Borsa Italiana.

Anima Holding SpA, holding company that controls Anima Sgr, the first operator independent in the asset management sector in Italy, announces that it has submitted to Borsa Italiana the application for admission to listing of its ordinary shares on the Mercato Telematico Azionario organized and managed by Borsa Italiana SpA and request to CONSOB for approval of the Prospectus relating to the Public Offer of Sale and quotation of shares.

ANIMA Group has proven to have a solid business model; they prove it revenues, which in 2013 were approximately 220 million Euros, up by more than 30% compared to 2012″ commented Marco Carreri, Chief Executive Officer of ANIMA Holding and ANIMA Sgr. 

ANIMA Holding is the new denomination of Asset Management Holding, approved by the Shareholders' Meeting on 5 February 2014, to associate the listing project with the brand of the Sgr, bearer of the values ​​of savings, independence and high level of service in the professional management of investments that have distinguished its work since its inception.

The selling shareholders are Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena SpA, Banca Popolare di Milano Scarl, Lauro Quarantadue SpA (fully controlled by Clessidra SGR SpA on behalf of the Clessidra Capital Partners II fund) and Prima Holding 2 SpA (owned by Lauro 42, BMPS and some manager of the ANIMA group). Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena SpA and Banca Popolare di Milano Scarlbusinesses strategies of the Anima Group, they will remain the reference shareholders of the Company even after the listing process is complete.

The Global Offering Coordinators are Goldman Sachs International, Banca IMI and UniCredit Corporate & Investment banking which, together with UBS Investment Bank, will also act as Joint Bookrunners. Banca IMI will also be Head of Distribution for the Public Offering. UniCredit Corporate & Investment Banking will also act as Sponsor. The advisor lawyers appointed by the Issuer are Chiomenti Law Firm and Shearman & Sterling while the auditing firm is Ernst & YoungLinklaters acts as advisor Legal for Global Offering Coordinators.
