Go ahead with the question 200 euro bonus for VAT numbers: the one-off aid designed by the Aiuti bis decree launched by the Draghi government to cope with the cost of living. After a long wait from 26 September until 30 November 2022 self-employed workers enrolled in INPS and professionals associated with private pension funds will be able to apply online.

But let's see in detail how the 200 euro bonus works for VAT numbers and how to apply to INPS or private pension funds (journalists, lawyers, nurses, doctors, etc.)

Bonus 200 euros for self-employed and professionals: to whom it belongs

The 200 euro bonus is due to VAT holders and professionals with income not exceeding 35.000 euro in the 2021 tax year, who are enrolled in INPS or in one of the private pension funds on the date of publication of the Aid decree (May 18, 2022). Furthermore, applicants must have already made "at least one total or partial payment for the contribution due starting from the year 2020" (with payment deadline on 18 May 2022) to the relevant social security institution.

Who is excluded?

Excluded are "members of the Cassa already retired with effect before 30 June", given that they had already benefited from the bonus, "and colleagues simultaneously enrolled in an INPS pension plan".

Bonus 200 euro VAT numbers: when is it requested?

The bonus can be requested from your pension institution, INPS and the social security funds of professionals, starting from 26 September and until 30 November 2022.

In the event that a subject is registered at the same time in a private fund and in one of the INPS managements, the application must be presented exclusively to the latter.

Bonus 200 euros, which VAT numbers require payment to INPS?

To clarify which VAT numbers must apply to INPS is the circular number 103 of 26 September with which the Institute has provided the instructions to follow to request the 200 euro bonus:

• enrolled in the special management of craftsmen;

• members of the special management of traders;

• enrolled in the special management for direct growers and for settlers and sharecroppers, including professional agricultural entrepreneurs;

• independent fishermen;

•freelancers enrolled in the Separate Management, including participants in associated firms or simple partnerships.

Beneficiaries of the allowance are also workers enrolled as assistants and coadjutors to the pension management of artisans, commercial activities, direct farmers, settlers and sharecroppers.

How to apply for the 200 euro bonus to INPS?

You can broadcast the online question through the "One-time allowance of 200 euros - Application", which can also be accessed via the Access point for non-retirement benefits. Once authenticated with your credentials, you will need to select the category you wish to apply for from among those indicated.

What about private pension funds?

Le questions must be done on the road telematics according to the provisions made available by the reference pension institution adhering to the Association of private pension houses (Adepp). For lawyers – enrolled in the Forensic Fund – one will be established platform, ad hoc. For all the others, it will be necessary to access the personal area of ​​the INPS website, with Pin, Spid or electronic identity card. From there, the beneficiaries will have to follow the instructions provided by the site, and will have to include their identity card and their tax code, and will have to demonstrate that their 2021 income was below the 35 thousand euro threshold.

As an alternative to the online service, the indemnity can be requested via i patronages or Contact center.

When does the 200 euro bonus for VAT numbers arrive?

Payments will start in chronological order. So, once the resources have run out, you will have to say goodbye to the allowance.

Also, the one-time benefit will not be considered income for tax purposes. The amount of support it is not transferable, sequesterable or distrainable.

Bonus 150 for VAT numbers: how the new contribution works

The 200 euro bonus can also be added to the 150 euro bonus, introduced by Decree Aid Ter, the last one approved by the Draghi government. This contribution will be paid to the self-employed and professionals, in November, with the same characteristics as the previous bonus, but with income not exceeding 20.000 euros in 2021.
