Good news for autonomous e professionals who have not received the payment of the bonus 200 euros and integration from 150 €: they can ask theINPS to reconsider their application. The communicates the same social security institution explaining that "self-employed workers and professionals enrolled in the social security management of INPS who have presented an application for access to the one-off allowances provided for by the aid decree law and by the aid-ter decree, if the same has been rejected, can now submit a request for review".

Bonus payment of 200 euros not received: who can apply for a review?

I beneficiaries they are: workers enrolled in the special management of artisans, of commercial businesses, for direct farmers, settlers and sharecroppers; self-employed fishermen; freelancers enrolled in the separate management; workers registered as assistants and assistants to the social security management of artisans, commercial operators and direct farmers.

I requirements required are:

• Having a income total not exceeding 35.000 euros in the 2021 tax period, 20.000 to also obtain the integration of 150 euros;

• subscription to autonomous management with an active position on 18 May 2022, the date of entry into force of the Aid decree;

• have a VAT number active and with working activity started on 18 May 2022, date of entry into force of the Aid decree (requirement eliminated by the interministerial decree of 7 December 2022 expected in the Official Gazette); have made by 18 May 2022, for the period pertaining to 1 January 2020 and with payment deadlines by 18 May 2022, at least one contribution payment, total or partial, to the management of the registration for which the indemnity is requested;

• not be the owner of pension treatments direct as of May 18, 2022;

• not be a recipient of the same aid in other forms.

How long to apply?

You have it available 90 days, to proceed with the re-examination request by checking the reasons for the refusal on the portal and providing all the useful documentation to clarify the possession of the requirements.

As specified by the Institute, in any case, it is a non-peremptory deadline.

The user can submit the review of the application by accessing the section of the site from which the request was sent ("one-time indemnity of 200 euros").
