Il new Lottomatica bond it will arrive in the middle of the week, Wednesday at the latest. It will have a benchmark cut and, according to initial indications, the issuer is aiming for an average duration. Meanwhile today, according to what Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor learns, the roadshow of the operation has started: it will touch the main European markets but not Italy.
There are two teams at work. The first is busy today in Frankfurt, tomorrow morning in Amsterdam and in the afternoon in Paris. The second will be based in London both today and tomorrow.
The banks in charge of handling the operation are Banca Imi, Credit Suisse, Deutsche bank, Merrill Lynch-BofA and UniCredit.
As for the stock market, today in the early afternoon the Lottomatica share lost about half a point in Piazza Affari.
