As anticipated in the afternoon by the Primo Canale website, the inspectors explicitly referred to the figure of the president Giovanni Berneschi and the vice president Alessandro Scajola, also underlining the lack of intervention by the institute's boards of directors in recent years.

Inspectors of Bank of Italy they asked for a signal of discontinuity in the top management of the Cassa di Risparmio di Genova. This is what we read in Bankitalia's report to the Carige board of directors on the work carried out at the Ligurian institute in recent months. This was reported by financial sources, according to whom, however, the report read by the inspectors does not contain the names of "unwelcome" directors but nevertheless indicates "detailed references" to the current top management of the institute. 

According to what was anticipated in the afternoon by the Primo Canale website, however, the inspectors explicitly referred to the figure of the president Giovanni Berneschi and the vice president Alessandro Scajola, also underlining the lack of intervention by the institute's boards of directors in recent years in stemming top management initiatives not suitable for the development of the bank.
