Banco BPM and Eva Group Valsabbia energy have signed an agreement for the "without recourse" transfer of tax credits (Superbonus 110% and Ecobonus) deriving from Legislative Decree 34/2020, the so-called "Relaunch Decree" and based on a fixed ceiling of 30 million euros. The structuring and completion of the transaction involved the management of the Eva Group with the Brescia Area of ​​the Bergamo, Brescia, Lario (Cb) Territorial Department of Banco BPM.

Team EVA Energie Valsabbia based in Gavardo (BS), born in 2001 with the aim of investing in the production of electricity from renewable sources, builds hydroelectric and photovoltaic plants, distributing its clean energy to families, public and private companies, helping to reduce the environmental and economic impact of its customers consistently and efficiently. The EVA Group is also active in the upgrading of public lighting in Municipalities and in the energy efficiency of its customers.

To date, the strength of the Eva Group can count on 7 owned hydroelectric plants, 30 controlled photovoltaic plants, 170 million euro of market value of managed plants, 65 GWh per year, totally generated from renewable sources, 43 MWp of total installed power and a total workforce of about 200 engineers active between Italy and California.

The agreement with Banco BPM will allow the Eva Group to monetize up to 30 million euros of tax credits from "Superbonus 110% and Ecobonus", allowing the company itself to optimize the sources of financing and to acquire resources to increase its market positioning.
