Banks down, Mps landslide. Sales on Leonardo, Telecom at lows

The European Stock Exchanges wear red at the start of the financial week. Business Square it is at the bottom of the ranking under the double pressure of Brussels and the ECB on the NPL front. The recent proposals by the ECB to increase provisions for new non-performing loans in banks are viewed positively by the International Monetary Fund.
