Banca Mediolanum, profit +37% in 2015

The dividend of 14 cents per share will be distributed starting from 20 April, with detachment on 18 April – Total assets under management and administration rose to 70,6 billion, by 10%.

Banca Mediolanum, profit +37% in 2015

Banca Mediolanum closed 2015 with a consolidated net profit of 438,6 million euro, an increase of 37% compared to 2014. Total managed and administered assets rose by 70,6% to 10 billion. The common equity Tier 1 ratio was 19,66%, one of the highest among banking groups. The board of directors resolved to propose to the shareholders' meeting a dividend of 0,14 euros per share, gross of any legal withholdings.

The dividend will be distributed starting from 20 April, with detachment on 18 April. “Remember – indicates the note from the group – that Banca Mediolanum incorporated the parent company Mediolanum spa. Considering the interim dividend distributed by the latter in November 2015, of 0,16 euro, the total dividends for 2015 are 0,3 euro per share. The shareholders' meeting will be called to approve the budget on April 5th”. At the beginning of the afternoon, Mediolanum shares gained 1,5%. MY BAG, at 6,35 euros per share.
