IFIS Bank e Findomestic Bank concluded a vast sale of revolving NFL portfolio. This is a portfolio of unsecured (unsecured) bad loans, which boasts around 65 thousand positions for a nominal value of 400 million euro and which is mainly made up of personal loans and credit cards (respectively 60% and 27% of the nominal value). Fifteen national and international players including banks, investment funds and asset management companies took part in the tender for the acquisition of 400 million non-performing loans from Findomestic Banca.
IFIS Bank it is the first major operation of 2015. "We are proud that the choice of Findomestic Banca fell on us - said Andrea Clamer, head of the NPL area of Banca IFIS - this is a sign that the work we are doing is going in the right direction and the market is recognizing us as a leader in the sector. This portfolio adds to the already substantial amount of debt positions that the Bank boasts, bringing the total to over 800 files under management. The NPL area and the internal network of credit consultants - underlines Clamer - will be key players for the correct management of these positions, with the primary objective of giving real support to families in difficulty, helping them to return to the virtuous circle of 'economy".
Meanwhile in Piazza Affari the Ifis title slips from the first minutes of the opening of the Stock Exchange. Banca Ifis shares fell significantly below 18 euros. At 11 today the stock lost 2,4% in Piazza Affari.
