In the last month, the group achieved 165 million euros in net inflows, a record for 2011 - The total so far stands at one billion and 82 million euros - Rewards went to more defensive products such as assets under administration and insurance.

The total net inflow of General Bank in November it amounted to 165 million euro. Since the beginning of the year, total net inflows amounted to 1.082 million euro, of which 732 million from the Banca Generali network and 350 million from the Private network.

November data confirms this a further acceleration of growth compared to the already excellent results achieved in the previous months. The data is particularly positive in the current market context.

During the month, the collection awarded – as understandable – products of a more defensive nature such as assets under administration and insurance. Specifically, insurance products contributed with new insurance business in the month of €68m (€907m from the start of the year). The recent return of customer interest in capital-protected portfolio management also deserves attention, BG Target, who have taken advantage of favorable contingencies to invest
in emerging markets with capital protection.

The Chief Executive Officer of Banca Generali, George Girelli, commented: “Banca Generali's funding highlights the timing and effectiveness of the structure in responding to the needs of investors in the current complex market scenario.
