Atlantia-Gemina: 2,9 billion Ebitda from the merger

Today in London the presentation of the merger project between Atlantia and Gemina: the two companies foresee a group capable, in 2013, of obtaining a gross operating margin of almost three billion euros.

Advance the project merger of Gemina into Atlantia, which will be presented today in London and submitted to the assemblies on April 30th. In a joint note, the two companies predict that for 2013 the group will have an Ebitda of more than 2,9 billion, thanks to the 350 million euros contributed by Gemina, "also as a result of the tariff increases applied starting from 9 March 2013" . The calculation also includes the charges, as well as the effects, of the merger.

A real colossus with an almost three billion margin, therefore. The consolidation of the dealerships in Brazil and Chile will also contribute to the growth in the group's Ebitda.
