Maria Bianca Farina was re-elected to the presidency of the National Association of Insurance Companies. The confirmation arrived unanimously on Monday from the Ania Assembly, and is valid for the next three years.
"I am honored to be able to lead ANIA for the next three years too - commented Farina - I will continue to do so with a deep sense of responsibility, passion and determination".
As for the Association, "we will continue to work to ensure that the insurance system plays an ever more important role for the stability and social and economic development of the country", he added.
Farina has dedicated his professional career to the insurance and finance sector. He also holds the position of President of Poste Italiane. Furthermore, among his main tasks, he includes that of member of the Steering Committee of the AIF, the Financial Information and Supervisory Authority of the Holy See, with the appointment of Pope Francis, as well as Board Member of the Bambino Gesù Hospital and of Save the Children.
