Ardian enters the capital of F2i

Through its secondary fund, Ardian (formerly AXA Private Equity) has acquired shares in Primo Fondo F2i for a total value of 150 million – As part of the transaction, the investment company acquires 9,9% of the share capital of the SGR of F2i.

Ardian enters the capital of F2i

Ardian becomes a shareholder of F2i. The independent investment company announces in a note that it has acquired the stake in Bank of America Merrill Lynch as Sponsor of the Italian infrastructure funds. The closing of the transaction, which strengthens the collaboration between Ardian and F2i, was completed yesterday.

Through its secondary fund, Ardian (formerly AXA Private Equity) acquired shares in the Primo Fondo F2i for a total value of 150 million. As part of the transaction, the investment company acquires 9,9% of the share capital of F2i's SGR, thus becoming one of its sponsors, and acquiring the right to appoint a director.
