The Assembly of the National Association of Insurance Companies unanimously extended the offices of the chairman Aldo Minucci and the vice-chairmen Carlo Acutis and Maria Bianca Farina for the 2015 financial year.
The Ania Assembly today approved the amendments to the Statute proposed by the Executive Committee on 11 November.
According to the new Statute, the number of vice-presidents will have to go from two to three.
The Shareholders' Meeting therefore unanimously extended the offices of the chairman Aldo Minucci and the vice-chairmen Carlo Acutis and Maria Bianca Farina for the 2015 financial year.
The Executive Committee, the Board of Auditors and the Board of Arbitrators have also been renewed.
