The price range for the placement of the shares is between 42 and 52,5 euros Amundi on the Paris Stock Exchange. This was announced today by the asset management company created in 2010 by Crédit Agricole and Société Générale, which respectively hold 80 and 20% of the company's capital. At the minimum value proposed, the IPO would be worth 1,4 billion euros.
SocGen will likely sell its entire stake, while Crédit Agricole it will sell a 2% stake to a division of the Agricultural Bank of China, but is expected to keep between 74,6 and 77,6% of the capital in its portfolio. The offer should end on November 11th, while the debut on the price list is scheduled for the 16th.
