Aletti Gestielle Sgr and Unicasim launch the Fondo Crescita Impresa Italia

Aletti Gestielle SGR e Singlesim launch a closed-end alternative fund, reserved for professional investors and for the distribution of proceeds, which invests in mini-bonds and financial bills issued by Italian SMEs. The duration of the Fund is 7 years while the subscription period is 12 months, with a placement target of 100 million euro. Unicasim will be the exclusive distributor of the Fund with institutional investors.

The Fund will invest indicatively in issues of companies with a turnover of between 10 and 250 million euros, a range in which there are approximately 20.000 companies with a rating equal to or higher than investment grade. The investment process of the SGR also makes use of the advice of an external advisor to support the analysis of issuers, valorisation of minibonds and risk monitoring.

“We think that, in a delicate economic-financial phase like the current one» he declares Francesco BettiManager General di Aletti Gestielle SGR «it is important for Italian SMEs that asset management companies seize the opportunity, offered by the package of rules contained in the 2012 Development Decree, to favor a financing alternative to the banking channel, offering products dedicated to mini-bond issues. In this way, and concretely, the asset management industry can also offer its contribution to the growth of our country”.

“We are very satisfied with the partnership with Aletti Gestielle” he declares Leonardo FrigioliniAD di Singlesim “We are confident that we can do a good job in placing the Fund with our institutional clients and in researching and evaluating issuers, having moved among the first in making issues listed on the extramot pro and on the Bloomberg platform”.
