The award for digital companies named after Fertonani is underway

The first edition of the HR Digital Mindset Award, the Award dedicated to companies that best know how to enhance the capital inherent in People, in their professionalism and in their skills, using digital-enabled techniques.

The Award, conceived and curated by Proper Tansearch, is dedicated to the memory of Marco Fertonani, one of the first Italian entrepreneurs in the field of Human Resources and founding partner of the Proper Transearch Group, who passed away in 2014.

The initiative aims to underline the importance of Human Resources within companies, their being a source of competitive advantage for the company and for the entire economic system, and the great prospects that are offered by the use of digital tools.

On 21 March 2019 at the Feltrinelli Foundation in Milan, those companies that have distinguished themselves in the use of digital in the management of human resources will be awarded during 2018.

To apply, Companies can simply fill out the form on the website www.premiofertonani.it, until 10 January 2019, and propose their process or activity in the categories provided for by the Award.

The Award Jury is made up of Uli Ackerman, Michela Arnaboldi, Pier Luigi Celli, Francesco Forlenza, Nicola Pelà, Mario Resca and Andrea Sironi, all personalities of great prestige in the academic world or in Human Resource Management.

An advertising campaign has already started in the main newspapers to communicate the initiative to companies and invite them to nominate some of their HR activities for one of the categories envisaged by the Award.

The Award has obtained the patronage of Confimprese, which brings together modern commerce companies, and of AIDP, the Italian Association of Personnel Managers which has more than 3000 members among the Heads of Personnel of the main companies in the country.
