"Generazione Alleanza" is underway: the program to attract talent and strengthen the Alleanza distribution network

Alleanza Assicurazioni launches Generazione Alleanza, the selection and training project to attract talent, with a focus on millennials, to start the profession of insurance consultant. The company's goal is to enhance its distribution network, which is already the first insurance network in Europe to be completely digitalised.

With Generation Alliance, the company completely redesigns the professional development model to train the new generation of insurance consultants. The project aims to attract talented people who can identify with the Company's values, linked in particular to the new professional identity, based on a new way of doing consultancy. For the selected young people, the program will offer placement as a junior account, supported by a training program, assignment of a client portfolio and coaching in the field.

Generazione Alleanza is a structured and innovative path that guarantees a perspective of professional growth and provides for a large investment in training. In fact, in 2016 alone, Alleanza provided over 1 million hours of training. “With Generazione Alleanza – declared the CEO of
Alleanza Assicurazioni, Davide Passero - we intend to strengthen the professional quality of our network of accounts, trained to be increasingly able to offer our 2 million customers high standards of consultancy: this means customer profiling, needs analysis and personalization of the insurance solutions proposed, in full harmony with the new European regulation linked to the directive on insurance distribution (IDD, Insurance Distribution Directive)".

The Alliance is a central element in our innovation strategy - adds Marco Sesana, Country Manager and Chief Executive Officer of Generali Italia. This initiative represents a new step in the Company's development path, after having successfully completed the largest digitization project of an insurance network in Europe. Already today 2 out of 3 policies are born digitally: the goal is to reach 100% by 2019”.
