The shareholders' meeting of Banca Akros, the investment bank of the Banco BPM Group, approved the 2016 financial statements, allocating the result for the year, amounting to 6.046.940 euro, as follows:
– to dividends (in the amount of Euro 0,077 per share) in the amount of Euro 3.036.403;
– the residual amount of 3.010.537 euros to retained earnings.
The members of the new board were also appointed: Graziano Tarantini (chairman), Roberto Fusilli, Marco Turrina, Maurizio Faroni, Luca Manzoni, Luca Montebugnoli, Salvatore Poloni, Pier Francesco Saviotti, Bruno Siracusano, Tommaso Zanini and Giovanna Zanotti. They will remain in place until the end of 2019.
