Reconciling efficiency and innovation on the one hand, solidarity on the other. Faced with the new challenges imposed on business management by technological change and a rapidly evolving economic framework, the University of Tor Vergata is launching a new post-graduate Master in Management of Organizations and Social Doctrine of the Church (MODSC) activated at the Department of Management and Law. The beginning is set for February 23 and the deadline for registrations is set for February 10.

The Master – the organizers inform – “aims to provide the foundations of knowledge and the tools on which to build one new vision of the work of companies, institutions and other social, public and private organizations, for a sustainable and authentic development of the economy and society”.
The MODSC is aimed at training professionals capable of covering roles of responsibility in different types of complex organizations, such as, for example, private companies, political organizations, military, with particular attention to companies and public administrations that integrate Corporate Social Responsibility in their corporate policies and strategies.

The Master is divided into 8 training modules over the course of 12 months divided into two semesters, with a teaching period of 9 months and an internship or project work period of 3 months and has available 8 scholarships to fully cover the registration fee, divided as follows:
– 5 INPS SCHOLARSHIPS for children and orphans of employees and pensioners of the Public Administration registered in the Unitary Management of Credit and Social Services and pensioners who use the Management of Public Employees.
– 3 INPS SCHOLARSHIPS for Public Administration employees enrolled in the Unitary Management of credit and social services.

The Master is aimed at graduates and graduates of the degree courses in Economics, Letters and Philosophy, Communication Sciences, Law, Engineering, Architecture, Statistics, Political Sciences. The eligibility of university degrees or diplomas in other disciplines and established by the Master's Academic Board and the equivalence of other study qualifications is assessed by the Department Council on the proposal of the Master's Academic Board.
