Telecom, Yoox and Mps keep Piazza Affari afloat: almost all the other European stock exchanges are in the red

Except for Milan and Lisbon, all the European price lists are in the red – Piazza Affari on parity – Telecom Italia, Yoox and Mps take a wing – Intesa, Azimut and A2a also do well – Buzzi slips on the Antitrust – Stm, Moncler, Tenaris are down and Ubi – Record drop in 5-year BTP rates.

Closing in almost perfect balance for the Milan Stock Exchange -0,06%. The losses of Paris -0,32, London -0,28% and Frankfurt -0,24% were more marked.

The final shock of the Shanghai Stock Exchange weighed on the markets - -5,5% after the announcement of the outcome of the investigations by the Chinese stock market authorities into the responsibilities for the collapse of the shares in August. The news of the investigation, in which the country's main brokers are involved, comes on the eve of the resumption of IPOs that have been stopped since August.  

Sitting part time today on Wall Street which will close or fly at 13.30pm local. The Dow Jones is down 0,1%, the S&P500 is unchanged and the Nasdaq is up 0,2%. The march of the dollar towards parity with the euro continued: 1,0580 at its lowest since April. WTI oil trades at $42. To report the slip of Walt Disney Company -2,4%, the worst blue chip: subscribers to its ESPN Sport television network dropped by 3 million (or 3,2%) from 95 and 92 million.

Rising sharply Telecom Italy +2,8%, together to Inwit +3,65%, the tower company in which the telecommunications group intends to sell 45%. No offer has yet arrived, but a joint offer from Cellnex and F2i is expected by mid-December. Also acting as a propellant is the indiscretion that vivendi could strengthen its position in view of the meeting on December 15, counting on the alliance with BNP Paribas and the CDC.

Poste Italiane +2,04% reaches the maximum since the day of the IPO, exceeding 7 euros (last price at 7,05 euros). This morning Mediobanca, in the name and on behalf of the Consortium, exercised the greenshoe option granted by the selling shareholder, for a total of no. 8.104.008 ordinary shares.

Well the banks, promoted by the examination of capital requirements requested by the ECB by the SREP. Intesa Sanpaolo earn 0,6%. Also Mount Paschi +1,98% passed the test. Also promoted in the EU Unicredit, however down by 1,25% after Bernstein's judgment (from outperform to market perform). They close in the red, despite the positive Srep, too Ubi -1,55% Mediobanca -1,32% bpm –0,05% e Banco Popolare.

Among the stocks with the largest capitalization bad Buzzi -3%: the Antitrust has opened an investigation against the major national producers on the suspicion of an alleged agreement on prices. Banca Akros cut the assessment from accumulated to neutral (target at 17,50 euros). Cementir -1%.

The increase of Yoox +2,6%. This morning Morgan Stanley announced that it had resumed coverage of the stock with an Overweight recommendation and a target price of 35 euros. Bad Moncler -3,2%. Astaldi gains 4% after promoting Kepler Cheuverux to "hold" from "reduce".
