Siad, four pillars for the Group's 2025 Sustainability Report: solidity, innovation, authenticity, and difference.

SIAD, a dynamic Bergamo-based industrial group operating throughout Europe and led by Bernardo Sestini, continues to develop. With its 2025 Sustainability Report, it demonstrates the centrality of the person as the identifying element of all its activities.

Approaching its first hundred years of life, the SIAD, dynamic industrial group from Bergamo led by the President and CEO Bernardo Sestini and active throughout Europe in the Industrial Gas, medical, engineering and LPG and Natural Gas sectors with a turnover of 1.167 million euros and 2.461 employees, presented its Sustainability Report 2025 based on four pillars that represent its identity and also its future: solidity, innovation, authenticity and difference.

During 2025, SIAD strengthened its integrated ecosystem through strategic investments in the Gas and Engineering businesses. The new hub was launched Porto Marghera and inaugurated the SIAD Americas headquarters in Texass. In the Gas sector a new air separation unit has been put into operation zagabria and started the CO02 recovery and liquefaction plant in Slovakia.

On the environmental front, SIAD's procurement strategies have gone beyond the initial objectives, reaching 59% of electricity from renewable sources. The Group's innovation has also found expression in the Life Gas District, which has continued to develop advanced blends for medical and agri-food applications, and in Hydrospark, A startup developing technologies for hydrogen energy production and storage. The development of digitalization across the Group and intelligent control systems are also significant.

The adoption of the Code of Conduct Suppliers and the Group's Human Rights Policy, with over 66 thousand hours of training and the achievement of the Certification for the Gender equality they testify to a culture built on integrity, listening, competence and valorization of diversity".
