Between today and tomorrow the workers of Trenitalia, Trenord e ntv (the company of Italo) will hold one national strike. The mobilization will start at 21pm today, Thursday 29 September, and will end at 21pm tomorrow, Friday 30 September.
The strike was called by the independent trade unions Cat, Cub and Sgb in the context of the negotiations that are taking place to renew the national labor contract, and which, according to what the Cub union writes in a document, are continuing with "zero worker involvement".
State Railways specifies that the Arrows will circulate regularly, while regional trains may be subject to delays, cancellations or changes. “The connection will be guaranteed between Rome Termini and Fiumicino airport – reads the FS website – with the 'Leonardo Express' service or with substitute buses”.
