SACE guarantees 143 million for Rivoli

SACE guaranteed a USD 143 million loan, disbursed by BBVA and Deutsche Bank, for the construction by Rivoli of infrastructure works in the Brazilian state of Tocantins. The project, which involves the construction of 16 prefabricated bridges and related connecting roads, constitutes the second phase of a larger contract, stipulated in 2006 between the Brazilian state of Tocantins and Rivoli, and which saw SACE already in the first phase of the project at the forefront alongside the Italian company guaranteeing a loan of 175 million dollars.
Rivoli is a leading Veronese company in the road system sector and has been manufacturing prefabricated buildings for bridges, road and railway viaducts, artificial tunnels, underpasses and canal roofs for about 40 years. Over the years the company has designed and built more than 500 bridges in Brazil, 1.000 in Italy and built over 300 km of roads.
