Pirelli, Intesa Sanpaolo, Unicredit and Fenice have sold 44,86% of Prelios to Burlington Loan Management DAC, an Irish investment vehicle.
A note from Intesa Sanpaolo informs that the established price is equal to a total of 64,25 million euros /0,105 euros per share), of which 15,55 million will go to Pirelli (which has 10,86% of the share capital), 12,36, 8,63 million to Intesa Sanpaolo (14,18% interest), 9,9 million to Unicredit (22,15% interest) and 15,47 million to Fenice (XNUMX% interest). Payment will be made at closing in a single solution.
The transaction is subject to approval by the Bank of Italy and certain suspension clauses.
