Time for appointments in the CDP house. On Tuesday 30 October, the Board of Directors of Cassa depositi e prestiti appointed Alessandro Tonetti as the new Deputy General Manager.
Since 2016 Tonetti has held the role of chief legal officer in the CDP and now, explains the Cassa in a note, "he also assumes the role of deputy general manager, with functions of support to the top".
The board also appointed Marcello Villa as new chief audit officer, effective November 5. Villa will resign from all positions, including that of managing director of Fintecna and that of director of Cdp Immobiliare.
