Leonardo makes a new step strategic in the United States. Through the controlled by Leonardo US, the group signed a agreement to acquire Enterprise Electronics Corporation, an American company specialized in the development, production and maintenance of weather radar and satellite receiving stations for civil and military applications, from aviation to research, to hydrology.
The closing is expected in first quarter of 2026. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.

The operation strengthens significantly the presence of Leonardo in the meteorological sector, already manned by Leonardo Germany. The declared objective is consolidate industrial leadershipand accelerate the digital transformation of products and services, leveraging turnkey environmental solutions based on radar, lidar and satellite technologies.
