Indel B is getting closer and closer to being listed. The subscription and sale reserved to qualified investors in Italy and foreign institutional investors of the Indel B ordinary shares aimed at listing on the MTA was completed.
Following the institutional placement, which involved 1.425.000 shares, the free float will be equal to 25,53% of the company's share capital, excluding any exercise of the Greenshoe option.
The offer price of the shares was set at 23,00 euro per share. Previously, a range of the company's valuation between 22 and 27 euros had been given.
Following the institutional placement, on the basis of the offer price, the capitalization of the company after the capital increase is approximately 128,4 million.
Indel B is the parent company of a group active in the production of refrigeration systems for furniture and mobile living for the automotive, hospitality and leisure time markets (yawing and recreational vehicles).
