President Napolitano signed the awaited decree law on public administration debts. This is the decree law of 08/04/2013 containing "urgent provisions for the payment of overdue debts of the public administration, for the financial rebalancing of territorial entities, as well as on the of local government taxes". With this measure, payments (40 billion) to creditor companies are finally released. The provision also provides for the creation of a fund with an endowment of 10 billion euros for 2013 and 16 billion for 2014.
