The new naming “Roma Outlet Village” It marks a clear break with the past and strengthens the bond with the Capital, projecting the project towards a premium positioning, supported by structured management, targeted investments and a long-term vision.
Located along the A1 motorway, at the Ponzano Romano exit, Roma Outlet Village enjoys a highly visible and easily accessible location, approximately 30 minutes from North Rome. The project is part of a potential catchment area over 6,5 millions of people, to which are added the significant national and international tourist flows directed towards the Capital, which in 2026 are estimated at over 23 million tourist arrivals annually, establishing itself as a premium commercial hub capable of combining accessibility, quality of offerings and strong territorial attractiveness.
The restyling program, led by De8 Architetti, includes a complete structural and architectural redevelopment. The first phase of the work, scheduled for completion in the coming months, will involve: 21.000 m² and will lead to the opening of approximately 90 stores by the end of October 2026 with the prospect of subsequently developing a second phase that will complete the project with further 60 stores. At full capacity (Phase 1 + Phase 2), the Village will host approximately 150 shopson over 32.000 sq m of leasable area (GLA).
The intervention will also have a significant impact on the local economic fabric, with the creation of approximately 800 new jobs at full capacity between retail, services and management activities, between direct and indirect employment.
In parallel with the works, the marketing continues: over 65% of the spaces have already been assigned a mix of premium brands in the fashion, beauty, lifestyle and sportswear segments, alongside a food & beverage offering that enriches the visitor experience.
