Burde Trattoria in Florence, of the Gori family. In second place is the Antica Osteria del Mirasole in San Giovanni in Persiceto, owned by the Cimini family. Closing the podium was Al Convento, owned by the Torrente family, in Cetara.
In fourth place Roscioli Delicatessen with Cucina a Roma, by the family of the same name, while fifth position goes to Asiago, to L'Osteria della Tana, by Alessandro Dal Degan and Enrico Maglio; sixth place for Abraxas Osteria, by Nando Salemme, in Pozzuoli; seventh place for Sora Maria and Arcangelo, by Giovanni Milana, in Olevano Romano; eighth place for La Brinca, from the Circella family, in Ne; ninth position for Ristorante Al Cambio, in Bologna; closing the top ten is Lo Stuzzichino, owned by the De Gregorio family, in Sant'Agata sui Due Golfi.
A guide composed of 118 Modern Trattorias and Bistros throughout Italy, which includes 50 places in the ranking and 68 addresses distinguished as "Excellent", which make up the backbone of Italian catering: family businesses, often open for several generations.
