Positive news from Montenegro and Italy for A2A. In a note, the Lombard multiutility informs "that on Friday morning it received the decision of the Superior Court of Podgorica on its appeal against the precautionary seizure measure of A2A's shareholding in Epcg (equal to 41,7%, ed.) last July 6" . The seizure order "was canceled in its entirety by the Court".

Also on Friday, the company announced that the times for the negotiations on the maxi pole of the Lombard multiutilities have been extended until the end of the year.

In a joint note with Acsm-Agam (Como and Monza), Aspem (Varese), Lario Reti Holding (Lecco) and Aevv (Valtellina and Valchiavenna), the Milanese company informs that "with reference to the industrial and corporate partnership process, whose study was formalized in a non-binding letter of intent with expiry on 1 October 2017, at present the feasibility analyzes of the operation have led the companies to confirm their interest in continuing the activities".

For this reason, the companies "deem it appropriate to extend the validity and effectiveness of the letter itself until the possible definition of a binding agreement subject to approval by the competent bodies and in any case until 31 December 2017".
