Over 600 wineries that will offer 2500 labels for tasting, 30 chefs that will enliven the Temporary Restaurants, 10 protagonists of The Night Dinner appointments: Vinòforum, the event dedicated to haute cuisine and great wines, scheduled from Friday with important numbers, promises to be 10 to Sunday 19 September on 12.000 square meters of the Tor di Quinto Park in Rome, now in its 18th edition.

Ours has been a gradual growth that has led us to place ourselves in the gotha ​​of sector events in Italy. Thanks to a format that happily combines disclosure, entertainment and business. And of a working group that studies new activities and contents to introduce every year”.

Wine will be the undisputed protagonist of this edition, which inaugurates a highly respectable Top Tasting calendar. On the stage will alternate Gaja's Barolo and Barbaresco, Piper – Heidsieck Champagne, Biondi Santi's Brunello, Casal del Giglio's mini-vertical, Castello Bonomi's Franciacortas, the elite of Italian wine signed by Ornellaia, the Burgundy told by Carlo Marino, the absolute preview of Ca' del Bosco's Annamaria Clementi. To accompany all the labels for tasting there will be Temporary Restaurants headed by 30 exceptional chefs, selected by Food & Wine Italia, media partner of Vinòforum and rightly considered one of the most important publications in the sector.

On Friday 10 and Saturday 11 September, for the first two days of the event, the following will take their places in the kitchen: Giuliano di Nardo from the Pastorie restaurant, Stefano Callegari with his brand new Romanè, Roberto Bonifazi and Francesco Brandini from Bottega Tredici, Gabriele Muro from Adelaide at the Vilòn , Giovanni Ciaravola from Tascamadre and Davide Cianetti from Numa al Circo.

On Sunday 12 and Monday 13 the stove will be lit by: Enrico Camponeschi from Acquasanta, Giovanni D'Ecclesiis from Il Vistamare, Thomas Moi from Moi Ristorante, Paolo Camponeschi from Menabò, Pietro Adragna from Primo Osteria and Pierluigi Gallo from Achilli in Parliament.

On Tuesday 14 and Wednesday 15 the following will arrive: Federico Delmonte from Acciuga, David D'Angeli from Fratelli Mori, Daniele Roppo from Il Marchese, Dino De Bellis from Villa Paganini, Maria Luisa Zaia from l'Oste della Bon'Ora and Federico Iavicoli from Fuorinorma.

Thursday 16 and Friday 17 will be the turn of: Ciro Scamardella from Pipero, Edoardo Fraioli from Maritozzo Rosso, Villarico Nesencio Jun from Romeow Cat Bistrot, Mario Boni from Da Francesco, the fried foods from Fry Hard and Marco Martini from the Marco Martini Restaurant.

The last two days of the event, Saturday 18 and Sunday 19, will be entrusted to the hands of: Micaela Giambanco of Mikachan, Andrea Pasqualucci of Moma, Emanuele Paoloni of Aqualunae, Ciro Alberto Cucciniello of Carter Oblio, Andrea Massari of Baby Bao and Ruqaia Agha of Hummustown.

Also for this edition the Bar à Champagne is reconfirmed in which you can taste the Champagnes of the Maison Krug, Dom Pérignon, Veuve Cliquot, Moët & Chandon and Ruinart, combined with the sushi prepared by chef Chef Michelle Rocha winner of the Chef Awards 2021 as best chef of sushi from Italy.

But Vinòforum 2021 also presents interesting news. From 10 to 14 September Vinòforum inaugurates the "Roma Caffè Festival", an ideal stage for a product that is experiencing a sort of cultural revolution and which will offer visitors courses, workshops and tastings all curated by Francesco Sanapo, one of the leading experts in the world of this sector, with the collaboration of Antonella Cutrona.

Another new entry is the "Mix&Spirits Hospitality", a lounge dedicated to the universe of mixing and spirits and their evolution which, in recent years, has redrawn the boundaries of mixology. Access to the area will be allowed exclusively to buyers and the press who will be able to enjoy a cocktail list curated by maestro Massimo D'Addezio who will make use of the precious support of AIBES. For the more enthusiasts, however, a calendar of masterclasses and meetings on the world of Mixing.

The appointments with Extra Virgin Olive Oil by Unaprol and the Evoo School Italia Foundation are confirmed. And those, in great demand, with the Amici del Toscano.
