Tim concluded an important financial transaction: he sold his residual share in Inwit a Inspiration I, the consortium headed by Ardian, price of 10,43 euro per share. This transaction takes place via the holding company Daphne 3, which holds a 29,9% stake in Inwit.

In detail, Tim sells 10% of its stake in Daphne 3, which in turn controls a significant share of Inwit. The agreed price for Inwit shares, 10,43 euros, is slightly higher than Monday's closing value (10,32 euros), with a difference of around 1%.

With this sale, Tim grosses approximately 250 million euros more than the guidance forecast for 2024. This figure also takes into account the net debt of Daphne 3. The closing of the operation is expected for the fourth quarter of 2024 and will depend on the satisfaction of specific conditions set out in the agreement.
