Harvey, already 10 dead. Trump in Texas

"Never before has anything like this happened." This was the comment of the US President, Donald Trump, on the occasion of the bilateral meeting with the Finnish Prime Minister.

The toll, to date, has risen to ten dead, but the authorities are unable to give a certain number of victims. Many houses are unreachable, and hundreds of families are trapped by the water.

The President declared a state of emergency in Louisiana and ordered federal assistance following the devastation wrought by Hurricane Harvey, which hit its fourth day of flooding in Texas. The heavy rains are expected to continue falling during the next 24 hours. It is, without a doubt, one of the most disastrous natural disasters in the history of the United States.

Harvey will be downgraded to a tropical storm in the next few hours, but will most likely continue to cause damage and destruction.
