In a context of strong competitive pressure and transformation of the healthcare sector telecommunications, the company quickly defined a common model that aligns the best practices of the two organizations, while confirming distinctive elements in terms of flexibility e welfare, including the short week – with half a day off on Friday – and a model of smart working which allows you to work remotely up to 2/3 of the days on a quarterly basis.

Among the many areas subject to harmonization, the parenting support and in this context the provision of paid leave lasting 4 months for parents who do not access the maternity benefits provided by law. This result consolidates the industrial integration process, strengthening operational coherence and long-term sustainability, ensuring employment continuity during a challenging period for the entire sector.
