Dividends November 24: Unicredit to Intesa Sanpaolo will receive approximately €8 billion in advance and final payments.

A deluge of advances, balances, and special coupons are coming on November 24th. From major banks to Poste Italiane and Eni, here's who's distributing them and what the returns are.

Dividends November 24: Unicredit to Intesa Sanpaolo will receive approximately €8 billion in advance and final payments.

The stocks arrive at Piazza Affari Autumn dividends and between advances, balances and extraordinary coupons the dish is worth about 8 billion euro, with the two big banks of the banking sector, namely Intesa Sanpaolo and Unicredit, to play the leading roles in the show that will be staged on 24 November. 

They are 12 companies in the Ftse Mib which will detach the coupon on Monday (payment is expected for all on November 26th) to which will be added the big names of the Mid Cap, such as Ifis and Danieli Banks, and of the Star, as Mondadori

Dividends November 24: Intesa Sanpaolo's interim dividend

Eyes on on Intesa Sanpaolo, one of the undisputed stars of this fall dividend round. Bolstered by a €7,6 billion profit in the first nine months of the year, on November 24, the bank led by Carlo Messina will distribute an interim dividend for 2026 of €0,186 per share, for a total cash payment of approximately €3,24 billion. This sum is in addition to the €2,1 billion already distributed in previous months and another €2 billion in buybacks. And it may not be the end of the day, given that "further capital distributions will be quantified at the end of the year," CEO Messina anticipated.

Returning to the down payment, comparing the amount to the closing price of the share on November 21, 2025 (5,616 euros), the result is a yield equal to 3,31%.

Unicredit's interim dividend

As of September 30th Unicredit It recorded profits of 8,75 billion, which are estimated to reach 10,5 billion by the end of the year. According to forecasts, Piazza Gae Aulenti will distribute 9,5 billion to shareholders in 2025, of which at least 4,75 billion will be in dividends. Over 2 billion will arrive on Monday, November 24, when the bank led by Andrea Orcel will pay out a dividend. deposit of 1,4282 euros for action, for a dividend yield by 2,27 per cent. 

From Mediobanca to Banco Bpm and Banca Ifis: the dividends of other banks

We continue with MediobancaAfter the historic wedding with MPS and the appointment of the new board led by CEO Alessandro Melzi d'Eril and President Vittorio Grilli, Piazzetta Cuccia will detach its dividend on November 24th. In this case, considering that the company closes its financial statements on June 30th, the upcoming one is a balance of 0,59 euros per share, which is added to the interim dividend of €0,56 distributed in May 2025. The total dividend is therefore €1,15 per share and guarantees a yield of 6,5%. The final dividend yield is 3,34%. 

With Bpm bank Let's get back to the advances. Upon approval of the nine-month accounts, which closed with a profit of 1,66 billion euros, the board of directors approved an advance payment of nearly 700 million on the annual dividend for shareholders, for a total of 0,46 euros per share and a yield of 3,68%. Bper instead, an advance payment of 0,1 euro per share will arrive, for a total amount of 196 million euros, while last November 6th Banca Mediolanum has decided to pay an interim dividend of 0,60 euros per share for 2025, almost double the 0,37 euros distributed in November 2024, for a dividend yield of 3,24%.

Out of the Ftse Mib arrives Banca Ifis will guarantee the highest yield of this November round of dividends. After successfully completing the acquisition of Illimity and recording a net profit of 472,27 million euros in the first nine months of 2025 – a figure that includes the positive contribution of Banca Ifis and the effect of the consolidation of illimity bank –, the bank chaired by Ernesto Fürstenberg Fassio will pay an advance payment of 1,2 euros per share (73 million euros in total), which translates into a dividend yield of 4,8%.

Dividends November 24: From Eni to Poste Italiane, the big names paying dividends

Spotlight also on Poste Italiane, whose board of directors approved the distribution of an interim dividend for 2026 of 0,4 euros per share (yield 1,92%), for a total amount of 518 million euros, up 21% compared to last year and in line with the dividend policy in place since 2019.

Energy sources will also be on the scene. Monday, November 24th Eni will distribute the second of four quarterly installments of its dividend: €0,26 for a total annual coupon of €1,05 per share, up 5% from last year. Thanks to a better-than-expected quarter, Tenaris has instead resolved to pay an interim dividend of 0,29 dollars per share, +7% compared to 0,27 dollars last year, for a total amount of approximately 300 million dollars, with payment on November 26. In the sector there is also Terna which announced an interim dividend of €0,1192 per share for 2026, in line with the group's dividend policy presented in the updated 2024-2028 Industrial Plan last March.

The pharmaceutical industry is also present with Recordati, which will pay an interim dividend for 2025 of 0,63 euros per share. Finally, a special coupon will also be paid. It will be distributed by Inwit which approved the distribution of a dividend of 0,2147 euros per share, for a maximum amount of 200,08 million euros from distributable reserves.

Mondadori, Danieli and eViso

Moving on to Mid Caps, in addition to Banca Ifis, on November 24th also Danieli will remunerate its shareholders by paying a dividend of 0,31 euros for each ordinary share (yield 0,67%) and 0,3307 euros for each savings share (yield 1%). Star and TLC will be represented by Mondadori which will correspond the second tranche of the 2025 dividend to 0,07 euros on the 2024 dividend (from 0,14 euros in total) for a yield of 3,4%.

Finally for Euronext Growth Milan there is eViso, a digital company that uses an artificial intelligence platform to supply electricity and gas, which will distribute an ordinary dividend of 0,06 euros per share, with a dividend yield of 0,84%.
