Agencasa.it, the startup that helps sell houses

Agencasa.it is an Italian startup born in May of this year. It is a digital agency that operates in the real estate brokerage services sector supported and financed by Rocket Internet, a German giant with a corporate portfolio exceeding 30 billion euros.

In its 5 months of existence, the company has already managed over 15 million euros of properties, 95% of which for sale, the remaining 5% for rent. At the moment it operates in Milan, Naples and Monza, but in the coming months it will also land in Rome, Turin and Florence.

Agencasa.it has its own platform which is aimed at a private public, but also at real estate and construction companies, which intend to sell or rent properties. The operating mechanism is as follows: the property owner requests an online valuation, and is then contacted to set up an appraisal appointment with an agent. In the phase following the engagement of the mandate, Agencasa.it proceeds with the online promotion of the property in order to sell it, and guarantees maximum visibility on the best real estate portals, such as Idealista.it, Immobiliare.it, and other commercial partners with whom collaborate on a daily basis.

Agencasa.it has announced something new regarding the agency's commission. The payment of the expense contribution, let the startup know, will only take place and if it occurs if the property is sold or leased. Otherwise, you will not have to pay anything.
