Monti, Bernabè, Elkann and Maggioni at the Bilderberg Club meeting

Among the most influential personalities in the world who every year the prestigious Bilderberg group invites to discuss the most topical international issues of economics, finance and politics behind closed doors, there are as of today four Italians: former premier Mario Monti, former president of Telecom Italia, Franco Bernabè, the president of Fiat, John Elkann and the director of Rai News 24, Monica Maggioni.

The meeting begins this afternoon at the Mariott Hotel in Copenhagen and will continue until June 130st. There are XNUMX guests this year who, as usual, come from all over the world.

Despite the curtain of confidentiality and even a bit of mystery that traditionally surrounds the meetings of the Bilderbeg club, it is presumable that this year the issues related to the Ukrainian crisis and its reflections not only geopolitical but also energy and the wave of Euroscepticism will take center stage which emerged during the last electoral campaign for the new European Parliament.
