According to what we have learned, the Council of Ministers which concluded this afternoon at Palazzo Chigi has established that the constitutional referendum on the separation of careers Will be held the 22 e 23 March.
The confirmation comes shortly after from the Minister for Relations with Parliament, Luca Ciriani, on the sidelines of the Council of Ministers: “The referendum date is confirmed for March 22 and 23, and it will be held together with the by-elections.”
“With the official announcement of the date of March 22-23, the referendum campaignFrom today until the day of the vote there will be the necessary time to explain the merits of this reform and allow citizens to form an informed and informed opinion". This is stated Francesco Petrelli, president of the Union of Italian Criminal Chambers and of the Committee for the Yes vote in the referendum on the separation of careers in the judiciary.
