Unicredit launches "Enterprise in action"

Two hundred banking and financial education lessons in the first three months of this year. This is what UniCredit's In-formati program for banking training envisages, which makes use of the partnership with the "Enterprise in action" initiative of Junior Achievement, a non-profit organization with which the credit institution will enter 122 classes of higher education institutions in 40 Italian cities to hold meetings dedicated to the development of the entrepreneurial spirit.

"Enterprise in Action" is an entrepreneurial education program for high school students and is based on learning by doing. The path is divided into a series of activities that allow you to develop an entrepreneurial idea (a product or a service) and then transform it into a company.

“In addition to the risks associated with a low level of banking and financial knowledge, the economic crisis we are experiencing also imposes on our young people the need to know how to evaluate and make economic choices in the field of entrepreneurship and the structuring of a business idea. In fact, economic knowledge and knowledge on the issues of doing business represent a fundamental driving force to support economic citizenship and the transition from school to work of the younger generations".

With the In-formati program, more than 92 citizens were brought to the classroom, met during 3 courses held throughout Italy by over a thousand educators who voluntarily participate in the program as teachers.
