Terna archives the third quarter with growing results, with the CEO Josephine of Foggia which underlines the group's "solidity" and confirms "an interim dividend in line with the dividend policy of our Business Plan." On the Milan Stock Exchange, the stock fell 2% to 8,836 euros, compared to a 0,36% rise in the FTSE MIB.
Terna: rising financials, investment boom. Interim dividend approved.
Terna closed the first nine months of the year with revenues up 8,9% at €2,882 billion, mainly thanks to the increase in revenues from Regulated Activities, attributable, in particular, to the increase in recognized invested capital (RAB) due to the entry into operation of new investments, partially offset by a reduction in output-based incentives.
Up too the ebitda, which stands at 2,026 billion (+7,1%), and group net income, which in the period amounts to 852,7 million (+4,9% from 812,6 million in the 9 months of 2024). In the period alone third quarter, group net profit amounted to 265 million euros, slightly down from 267,8 million in the same period of 2024.
Going back to the nine months, investments exceed 2 billion, reaching the value of 2,087 billion (+22,9%), while the EBIT, after depreciation and amortization, it is equal to 1,347 billion (+7,2%).
Finally, net financial debt, which stands at 11,669 billion, compared to 11,160 billion as of December 31, 2024.
Terna: interim dividend of 11,92 cents
By virtue of the results achieved, Terna's board of directors has approved a 2025 interim dividend of 11,92 cents euros per share, in line with the group's dividend policy presented with the update of the 2024-2028 Industrial Plan. The coupon will be detached on MondayNovember 24, 2025, with payment from November 26th.

Terna confirms the 2025 targets
For the whole of 2025 Terna estimates revenues of 4,03 billion euros, an EBITDA of €2,70 billion, and a group net profit of €1,08 billion. Specifically, with regard to the Investment Plan, the group has a 2025 target of approximately €3,4 billion. The results release confirms the targets. "These objectives will be pursued while maintaining the commitment to maximize the cash generation necessary to ensure a healthy and balanced financial structure," the statement adds.
