Positive debut for Star7 in Piazza Affari. The shares of the company active in the content and product information sector on its first day of trading on Euronext Growth Milan, the former Aim Italia, scored a rise of 4,6 percent, reaching 8,63 euros.

Admission to trading took place with one opvs out of 1,8 million shares approximately 8,25 euros each, for a total value of approximately 15 million euros. The capitalization, also considering the special Pas shares owned by Dante Srl and Star Ag, is approximately 74 million. The free float stands at 20%.
In the context of the placement and admission to trading, Alantra acted as Global Coordinator and Euronext Growth Advisor, Emintad Italy as financial advisor to the company, Gianni & Origoni law firm legal deal counsel, BDO Tax Srl Stp as as a tax consultant, A2B Group as a consultant for the audit of non-accounting data while MIT SIM as a Specialist. The company responsible for the statutory audit of the Company's accounts is BDO Italia.
