Mortgages and credit: agreement between Re/Max and 24Finance

24FINANCE and RE/MAX ITALIA have signed an exclusive commercial agreement with which the more than 380 real estate agencies affiliated to RE/MAX will be able to provide credit services and mortgage products through the network of 24FINANCE collaborators.

The agreement will allow not only to support customers during all phases of the purchase of a property through an innovative financial service but will also allow the banking world to make quality jobs using the advice and experience of over 2750 RE / MAX agents and 24 FINANCE brokers, over 140.

The agreement was presented today in Rome during the Capitoline stage of a joint road show, by Dario Castiglia, president and co-founder of RE/MAX ITALIA and Rino Moscariello, president of 24FINANCE.

“I am excited about the agreement that allows me to return to work with RE/MAX with whom I have collaborated in the past with mutual satisfaction. Sharing a vehicle between the two companies is a great opportunity. The new entity is already potentially a market leader. I have always paid close attention to the real estate world and I am proud to have the world's No. 1 company as an exclusive partner for Italy” – said Rino Moscariello.

“24FINANCE is booming. The last few months have seen significant growth both in the number of collaborators and in volumes, +50% was recorded in January alone compared to the same month in 2017. The agreement will further accelerate our growth process and an important recruitment campaign is planned for the whole of 2018. 24FINANCE will provide real estate agents with services such as pre-qualification, income pre-determination, digital tools such as box-rates that will be integrated with real estate listings and specific training,” he added.

“2017 recorded yet another slight increase in the number of sales which reached 550 thousand, marking an increase of 5.5% compared to 2016. Right now, when Italians are returning to thinking about buying a house as an investment for the future, we believe it is important for our real estate group to have 24FINANCE, an important and accredited credit brokerage company active in Italy at its side" - said Dario Castiglia".

“RE/MAX estimates that more than €1 billion of mortgages pass through its agencies. In the face of this volume, the real estate network has deemed it essential to enter into an agreement, which does not intend to limit itself to being just a commercial partnership but will result in a vehicle that will allow our agencies to create a collaborative relationship with an ad hoc credit broker who responds to the needs of every RE/MAX agency which differs from the classic real estate agency both in terms of transaction volumes and size", he concluded.
