Lawyer Giammarco Cottani joins Ludovici & Partners as a partner dedicated to Transfer Pricing.
Cottani held the managerial role of management assistant for the Central Director of Assessment of the Revenue Agency for international tax issues; from 2009 to 2011 he was advisor for the Transfer Pricing and Financial Transactions division of the OECD, following the work of WP6; he has been delegate for Italy for the “Base Erosion and Profit Shifting” (BEPS) project since its inception and member of the United Nations Subcommittee on Transfer Pricing. He holds a PhD in Corporate Tax Law from Luiss Guido Carli and an LL.M from the European Tax College. He is a lecturer on transfer pricing at Italian and foreign universities, as well as public and private organizations in Europe, Africa, South East Asia and South America and is the author of essays on transfer pricing for specialized magazines.
The new arrival follows the opening of the office in Rome and the entry of tax lawyers Roberto Cusimano and Vittorio Giordano, with whom the tax firm consolidates the tax litigation area. Founded in November 2014 by Paolo Ludovici together with Michele Aprile, Loredana Conidi, Luca Formica, Andrea Prampolini, Stefano Tellarini, Ludovici & Partners confirms the path of attraction of high professionalism. The tax firm now has a team of 20 professionals and offices in Milan, Rome and London.
