Part of the Milan la sixth edition of Winning Enterprises, the program of Intesa Sanpaolo dedicated to Italian small and medium enterprises with growth projects focused on innovation, digitalization, sustainability, and expansion into foreign markets. This initiative aims to strengthen the competitiveness of SMEs, a key segment of the national economy.
At the first stage they were awarded ten companies from Milan, Monza, and Brianza—Bitcorp, Eure Inox, Forind Avio Elettronica, Goppion, Isaac, Mechanica, Ristogest, Selite, Serenis Health, and Tecam—operating in sectors ranging from services to industry, from aerospace to mechanical engineering, from agri-food to healthcare. The companies presented development strategies based on research, internationalization, ESG criteria, and human capital development.
The selected companies will receive consultancy and specialist support by Intesa Sanpaolo and a network of industrial and financial partners, with the aim of promoting investments in R&D, digital transition, international growth, and extraordinary finance.
The numbers of Intesa's "Winning Companies" program
Since its inception in 2019, Imprese Vincenti collected approximately 18 thousand applications, including 4.000 in the last year. For the 2026 edition, 150 companies have been selected, including ten foreign companies with ties to the Italian manufacturing sector. Overall, the participating companies employ approximately 150 people and generate a combined turnover of €35 billion.
The tour includes fifteen stages on the national territory, three of which are thematic, and a final event dedicated to the comparison between the selected companies. Among the new This year features a focus on risk culture and insurance protection, developed in collaboration with Intesa Sanpaolo InsuranceIn Milan, the "Special Mention for Protection" was awarded to Isaac for the practices adopted to protect people and company assets.
