No more organized trips for the Agnellis: Exor, the financial holding company of the Turin family, sold the Alpitur tourism company for 225 million euros, obtaining a capital gain of 140 million. The buyers are two closed-end private equity funds headed by Wise Sgr SpA and J. Hirsch & Co.
They are joined by other financial partners, including Network Capital Partners, through a specifically created and capitalized vehicle company. Exor will buy 10%, for an amount of 10 million. "A price integration is also envisaged - reads the note - linked to the economic result that will be obtained by investors at the time of the sale of the majority stake".
