EcoBonus 2016, online questions are starting

From this week it is possible to send toENEA the documentation to take advantage of the deductions of 65% of the expenses incurred for the energy requalification interventions carried out up to 31 December 2016.

The request for deductions can be made through the portal financial2016.enea.it, on which all the documentation relating to the energy redevelopment of buildings can be completed and sent electronically, within 90 days of the conclusion of the works, which allow access to the tax deductions of 65%.

The concessions consist of a deduction from the IRPEF or from the IRES over 10 years, granted for the implementation of interventions that increase the level of energy efficiency existing buildings equipped with heating systems. The beneficiaries of these deductions are all taxpayers, natural persons, professionals, companies and businesses that incur costs for carrying out the interventions.

The deductions are recognized in the case of redevelopment of the entire building (up to 100 thousand euros can be deducted), insulation of the building envelope, replacement of fixtures, installation of shielding and solar panels and winter air conditioning systems (all up to at 60 thousand euros). For the types of intervention admitted to the eco-bonus by Stability law 2015, such as the purchase of multimedia devices for the remote control of heating, air conditioning and hot water production systems, the documentation can be sent as soon as the necessary implementing provisions have been adopted.

On the portal acs.enea.it it will then be possible to obtain further information and clarifications on the interventions admitted to the deduction and on the presentation of the practices, through the guidelines, the technical data sheets, standards, news, answers from the experts to the most frequently asked questions (FAQ) and contacts of the ENEA experts.

The eco-bonuses were introduced in 2007, and from then until 2014, ENEA received over 2,5 million files relating to interventions for approximately 25 billion euros which allowed for a total saving of approximately 50 GWh, equal to the consumption of Rome's energy in one year.
